Gregory Reuter OAA, is a seasoned architect that has delivered winning client solutions in institutional, commercial, and residential development. Greg’s extensive experience in the Construction Industry enables him to successfully envision broad development schemes & concepts, while constraining project costs and technical hurdles.
Experience
Principal of Reuter Architecture, Greg has been developing projects independently since 2009 and has been participating in the profession of Architecture since 1995. Greg was also a senior member of Goldsmith Borgal and Company Architects Limited, as their Director of Design overseeing all aspects of design, construction, and client relations on all major heritage building projects in that office. In addition, he acted in a leading capacity as an Associate at Baird Sampson Neuert Architects of Toronto (recipient of the Governor General’s Medal for Architecture, as well as RAIC Firm of The Year 2007). Greg also spent years as a designer with Elkus-Manfredi Architects of Boston, Studio d’Architetto Rossini of Ancona, Italy, and Exhibits International in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
Over his career, Gregory has served as project architect on a variety of building projects, site improvements, and open space design projects undertaken for the University of Toronto, as well as other Toronto based institutions and private clients. Completed projects include the design of inner campus public spaces, mausolea, high design retail outlets, office spaces, churches, parking areas, storm-water recharge facilities, subway facilities, cottages and private residences.
Mr. Reuter’s success within the profession lies in his ability to realize sophisticated, durable designs while utilizing precise cost control techniques, effective quality control methods, and strict project scheduling.
